This jacket is great! It keeps me dry in the rain, blocks the wind but is still breathable, the yellow is super bright so drivers can see me on the road, and I really like the cut of the hood - when the hood is over my helmet, I still have peripheral vision. I went for an hour ride in rain, snow and about 35F-degree weather the other day wearing this jacket over a thermal shirt and a fleece jacket and I was toasty warm and relatively dry (in a Portland downpour) I highly recommend this jacket.
Addendum 4/12/2011 - still think this jacket is amazing! I have fallen a couple times onto my elbow (getting used to clip-in pedals) and each time I thought "oh heck - there goes my nice new jacket..." but it holds up to the asphalt amazingly well, no rips at all. I still firmly attest to its breathable fabric and wind blocking properties, and it will keep you dry. Sizing seems to run small - I wear an XL in Pearl Izumi tops and a medium in bottoms, so my jacket is XL and it is perfect for layering over thermals, and it fits fine, not too baggy, just over a jersey.

I mean, it came brand new - I was excited. Washed it first as I do with all clothing unless other wise specified. The only thing I did wrong was not put it on the gentle cycle, as specified. So. My fault I guess? If you get this, put it in the gentle cycle. Rip is a quarter size big by the front chest part of the zipper.
