Fits perfectly, wish the color were more mango like my monitor shows; it's pretty orange! I also thought it had side pockets, but it doesn't. Still, I love it, the fit is perfect, sleeves long enough to go over my hand slighty and in cold weather it's been the right amount of warmth over one other long-sleeve layer. Not too hot, just right.

Fine in the shoulders, but too tight elsewhere. I would be putting my P/I Thermal Jersey underneath and that wouldn't work.
